I am only working on personal dishrags and continue the mitered square from July 4th. It has been wonderful to get to know you through blogging - maybe one of these days we'll actually meet up at a Chicago knit event. :)

I have thoroughly enjoyed the MDK book as well - although I'm probably partial to it since I learned to knit by having grandma teach me the "grandma's favorite" dishcloth pattern. :)AmyArtisanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16433143400985062819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32782908.post-39112205582202450832007-08-15T22:40:00.000-05:002007-08-15T22:40:00.000-05:00Okay, two things. I am not intending to invade your privacy here. My thought was, if you stop by often, maybe you like me and I would like a chance to like you back. If you don't want to be part of the contest, please tell me. You can email me if you don't like the public forum of the "comments." My email address is there in the sidebar.

Second. Yes, Kathleen, that counts. And so will any comments you leave on any post over the coming week.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32782908.post-15787683838727421532007-08-15T20:51:00.001-05:002007-08-15T20:51:00.001-05:00Bobbi, There is still time! :)(does this count?) ...Bobbi,

There is still time! :)

(does this count?) ;)Kathleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14109245465582979526noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32782908.post-37468288176407284732007-08-15T18:04:00.000-05:002007-08-15T18:04:00.000-05:00hmmmm no one else left multiple comments so I gues...hmmmm no one else left multiple comments so I guess I wont either. But I wants it!

Mason Dixon Knitting is what got me started knitting again too. I learned several years ago then did nothing but scarfs, then just kind quit. But when I saw that book at the local library I started knitting dishcloths and washcloths and dish rags and warsh rags :) I think all of my FOs for 2006 are washcloths :)The Kelly Green Roguehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03095152758923693962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32782908.post-39297385850661850682007-08-15T13:41:00.000-05:002007-08-15T13:41:00.000-05:00So there isn't anything to vote on, you just want ...So there isn't anything to vote on, you just want our comments? I hereby invoke the myth of the Windy City - is it the weather or the politics? What keeps us coming back - is it the knitting, the examples, the pictures or the interminable, I mean saga of the, mitre squares?

Or maybe the yarn - gotta be in it to win it.Diane Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08520998818210893899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32782908.post-19147066375724339512007-08-15T12:34:00.000-05:002007-08-15T12:34:00.000-05:00Well, it does look like I picked the perfect day t...Well, it does look like I picked the perfect day to finally catch up in bloglines - whee ha! :) Happy blogiversary and 200th post!

So, when do we get to see them miters all sewn up? haha!Cheesehead With Stickshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02859334549467012431noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32782908.post-90626837436930878762007-08-15T09:17:00.000-05:002007-08-15T09:17:00.000-05:00Your Scribble Scarf is lovely! :) I have the MDK...Your Scribble Scarf is lovely! :) I have the MDK book, but didn't get to the scribble pattern. Indeed, I'm a fickle MDKer. I did a couple of ball bands. I did a baby kimono. I started a random baby moderne - my version, that's still a WIP. Then I started some Wendy Knits and then started some Charmed Knits and then started some socks (Monkey, Plain and Magic 28). So much inspiration, so many wonderful choices, definitly NOT enough knitting time!

Congrats on the 200th post and the year blogiversary!Kathleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14109245465582979526noreply@blogger.com
